- Is it shorter than 60 minutes and not a live stream?
- Are you in a real browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and not inside an app?
- Still failing? Wait two minutes and try again — most temporary errors clear by themselves.

The download button does nothing
- On iPhone or Android: you are likely inside the YouTube, Instagram or TikTok app's built-in browser. Open the page in Safari or Chrome ("Open in browser"). Guides: iPhone, Android.
- On a computer: check the browser's download bar or press Ctrl + J (Chrome/Edge). Safari may ask to allow downloads from yt320mp3.com — choose Allow. Guides: Mac, Windows.
The MP3 sounds bad
- Choose 320kbps for music — 128kbps is meant for speech.
- Pick an official upload: re-uploads of re-uploads lose quality every time.

The wrong version downloaded
Type the song name instead of pasting a link and look at the duration and channel in the results: radio edits, extended mixes and live versions have different lengths.

Frequently asked questions
Why does YouTube to MP3 say the video is unavailable?
The video was deleted, made private, or is blocked in the region our server is in. Try another upload of the same song — search by its name and pick a different result.
Why can't I convert members-only or age-restricted videos?
Those videos need a signed-in YouTube account. YT320MP3 never asks for your YouTube login, so they cannot be converted here.
What does 'YouTube is asking us to verify requests' mean?
YouTube sometimes checks requests from servers. It usually clears within a few minutes; wait and try again.
Why is nothing downloading on my phone?
You are probably in an in-app browser (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). Open the page in Safari or Chrome itself and try again.
